Join Trackman as our new Motion graphic designer/Video editor and help us transform bold activation ideas into awesome animated reels, videos and show-stopping campaigns. If you are interested in making graphics come to life in the world of sports, this is your tee-shot. You will be working with some of the most exciting partners in golf and help redefining golf’s most talked-about brand. 

 

As our new Motion Graphic designer/Video editor, you will work closely with the marketing teams, video producers, graphic designers and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities. 
In marketing we are three teams: Product marketing, commercial marketing and Brand Marketing. Product marketing focusing on new product releases and features. Commercial marketing focusing on lead generation, e-mail marketing and social media. Brand marketing focusing on tournaments, global collaborations with partners and sports organizations like PGA Tour, DP World Tour, LIV and others. 
We represent 9 nationalities in marketing alone and communicate in English on a daily basis. 

 
 

Key Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Concept development with marketing managers and the creative team to understand the project goals. 

  • Develop storyboards, style frames, or motion design treatments. 

  • Brainstorm visual approaches and animation techniques and develop templates and pre-comps for other motion designers and video editors to work with. 

  • Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D aso, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects. 

  • Animate logos, text, infographics and other elements to create visually stunning reels. 

  • Edit video content for various digital platforms. 

  • Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content. 

  • Create and adapt motion graphic design for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices. 

  • Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team. 

  • Staying updated with the industry trends and best practices, and refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push boundaries of motion graphic design 

  • To assist the graphic team in various projects including, but not limited to; 

    • Projects in Figma 

    • Projects in Illustrator and Photoshop 

    • Projects in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve and other software. 

Requirements

About you: 

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in motion graphics/video editing, preferably from film production or the advertising industry. 

  • You have a deep passion for combining video, graphics, 3d, sound and music to create the best possible outcome using your creativity. 

  • You enjoy a high-paced workday and enjoy collaborating proactively with other creatives to brainstorm and execute as effectively as possible. 

  • You are passionate about sports and have a keen interest in Golf – or be willing to learn – fast 

  • You are proficient in spoken English
